I think the offline collection management feature will be exactly what I need. Probably no sense in "reinventing the wheel" as my ultimate objective is not much different than what you've got planned. I've registered for the site and will spend some more time with it tomorrow. Again, this is a terrific resource and there are a lot of people on this board who can help out.
