A Sam Farha $4 chip was also approved by Gaming. Nobody at the Horseshoe in the poker room cage or the other two cages knew anything about it. There were none on the tables. So, either they are still locked up in the vault or have not been delivered yet. Maybe Sam bought them all himself or decided not to give his ok to have them released.
