In my opinion, I believe any of the three chips shown below is without doubt the most beautiful set of chips ever manufactured by anyone for any casino. The true beauty is handling the actual chip (which by the way in case any of you don't already know, is metal [brass].) I think the yellow $5.00 is possibly the prettiest but that's just MO.

It is the Year of the Monkey chip set made for the Hollywood Park Casino. I just wish these chips were actually used on the tables instead of being a commerative chips for collectors.
