This is CHIPSMD, Luis.
With this I would like to appologize to all of you to whom I have caused any problems. Although I do not have a reasonable excuse, I believe I owe you an explenation.
First I would like to state that I am an honest person, I have never not paid or robbed anyone, whether in ebay or anywhere in my life.
I am a a Physician so I am not a milionaire but I am certainly not in need to steal anything.

Late last year ironically I developed a neurological degenerative disorder which has affected my life and anybodyelse around me. I spend at least 1/2 of each month hospitalized and a large part sedated due to the heavy medication.
Someone mentioned Cancer, I do not have it, but the condition is quite similar and unfortunately eventually the outcome will be similar.
Because of this,I am not able to predict the good and bad days, so I do as much as I can during the good days because the bad days prevent me from doing anything. When I have a prolonged bad period, I get behind in everything, including payments, deliveries and even affects my bank account, althoug that is rare.
Again I am an honest man. Once again I sincerely appologize to those who I may have hurted but promise that at the end nobody will be hurt for the delay.
