Like with you, he won quite a few auctions. Like your case, he took a very long time to repond to my emails and invoices. Remember the post I did a week or so ago in re. of the lack of communication.

With me...he paid by paypal. He appears (I didn't do a license search) to be a doctor, so I find it strange that his check bounced.

Ive heard from other sellers that he's bought from confirming the very same behavior with them. But with all of them that I heard from, chipsmd always paid for the chips, even if not in a timely manner.
He is quite active on eBay buying chips. I'd send him off an email
