at the Cabo Wabo Cantina in Cabo San Lucas on New Years Eve 3 years ago. Talk about an absolute insane time!! I was informed the next day that I had a grand time.

That night made up for my disappointment in not getting on the fishing trip on the 31st for a deep sea fishing day. I was on a booze cruise going out just as the boat I should have been on was coming back. It seems they hit the mother lode of Swordfish and Blue marlin. There were flags flying EVERYWHERE from the boat. People were yelling and partying like crazy. Even though Cabo San Lucas is a catch and release area, it sure would have been fun pulling in a mammouth marlin!

But on a happy note, the booze cruise was a blast, and we met a great fun couple that we ended up hanging out with for the next 4 days.

If you get a chance to go to Los Cabos...by all means DO!

Oh yeah...and if you do, make sure you go for the 4 wheel ATV trip along the dunes overlooking the Sea of Cortez. It's a hoot!
