Did you send eBay their final value fee when you traded your tickets to your neighbor? You agreed to do so when you listed them. I don't think its a big deal and I don't think it makes you a bad person or anything but I do feel it is unethical not to do what you agreed to do when you listed the item. Both you and your neighbor got something you wanted - that's a good thing - but eBay did not get their due. Like Popeye said in the movie "Wrong is wrong, even when it helps you..."
