One GREATLY overlooked resource is researching the chipboard archives! Greg has provided us a fantastic resource of knowledge that seems to get overlooked from time to time.
I searched around Oct 2002 time period for a "new release" posting for Four Queens Halloween chip. Here are some threads that I found that seems to answer your question...
