When mailing anything in a bubble pack or any large size envelope, you can expect delivery service with stamps on the package to take 2+ weeks for delivery, whereas having a metered bar code label applied by the post office will take 3 to 4 days. That was my most recent experience as I awaited delivery of 2 separate packages from Las Vegas--one with stamps and one with the P.O. bar code label.
