This is a sample of Thomas de la Rue's work. This note was made by them for the INBS convention, much like our CCGTCC convention chips. Thomas de la Rue is one of the largest world banknote printers they are located in London and have branches worldwide. Besides printing securities they are in most all facets of the banking industry. Most currencies they print they will put "Thomas de la Rue" in tiny print on the back at the bottom (again very small print). But this is not a hard fast rule.
