The FOE is a new discovery. It was a gift from one of my buddies on the left coast. For those not familiar with value, I would have paid $50-$75 in a flash. The only other known piece is in my buddy's own collection. Knowing this collector, he would have sent it even if he needed it himself. Both chips are USPC made (the horse was issued in 1924!).

The standing horse is one of the elite chips and the only green I know of. A more common color (4 or 5 known) went for $200 at the last convention.
