Rick... These are listed in Armin's current book under "Horseshoe Casino" on pages 90 and 91, where the chips actually used prior to that are listed under "The Horseshoe Club". Armin has to do something about that alphabetizing.

His note on these chips, by the way, says "Never re-opened as 'Casino'".
