This time last year I got tired of watching Park Place Entertainment stock go NOWHERE so I sold it at a loss and claimed it on my income tax return. Everytime I sell a stock it usually GOES UP ! I don't endorse the Tomarchio investment strategy "Buy High, Sell Low"!
