If they paid for it, why would they use "Run For The Roses" instead of KY Derby?

When I obtained the rights to Funny Cide, I can say "2003 KY Derby Winner" because its factual. If I was to put "Run For The Roses" on it also, Churchill would come after me. "Run For The Roses" is factual to the "KY Derby" and not "Funny Cide."
