Sutton; I would tend to believe that it's not larceny unless/until someone is charged with that crime. I have absooutely no legal background, but it is my layman's opinion that a casino would be hard-pressed to charge someone for taking chips from their premises after they had encouraged them to do so ... with casino permission. Wouldn't you agree?
