Wayne, thanks for the clarification. I recently purchased 12 chips from anoher seller on Ebay and was charged $13 shipping, the chips came in a box with postage of $3.85 (packed in small plastic baggies). Am I happy about this? Not at all. I will never again buy a large amount of chips from that seller, (sadly as he does have nice chips). I just feel that I will only deal with CC & GTCC members, and I will negotiate shipping up front, chalking it up as a costly lesson. I do appriciate the info about Vic, but please, for your own sake, let it go, move on, and be the better person.
