Not to side with Vic and the Trolls but....

If you use the "Find (on this page)"" function located in the "Edit" drop down menu at the top of your browser and then plug in "205.188.116.200" and finally click the "Find Next" button several times, you will notice that there are NUMEROUS other Chipboard posters whom are assigned that very same IP and I can guarantee you those people are NOT our Troll.

Your IP scenario by and large is correct EXCEPT in the case of AOL.
