Vic, whoever "pointed out" to you that all IP addresses from a single Internet Service Provider are the same was either completely wrong, or was trying to see if you'd believe a bluff. An IP address uniquely identifies the location of a particular computer logged on to a particular ISP at a particular time. Computers either connect to the Internet with a static (dedicated, unchanging) address, - useful for hosting web pages, for example - or dynamic addresses, which change with each separate connection to the Internet.

The problem here is that someone, possibly but not necessarily you, is not doing you any favors by blindly posting support for you from different aliases using the same computer (same IP address). In the first place, it strongly resembles the situation of you using sock-puppet accounts, because nobody else is writing in support of you. Second, whoever is doing it is unaware of how easy it is to tie IP addresses to a particular computer, as the poster claimed that "Judge" doesn't know "Jessie" who doesn't know "Eddy" and now "Allan" is in the mix, all using the same computer, but all claiming the others are not known. Third, whoever is posting that is only serving to call attention to your, shall we say, shady business practices. It's quite admirable that you're offering free shipping on duplicate active chips which are $2 over face value, and you are to be commended for "learning your lesson." But the fact remains that you haven't made good on gouging me for postage in your short-lived career as an eBay seller. And please note, I also do take PayPal, so if you were to make the problem go away, so too would my reminding you of your scam. And that might help you reacquire membership in a local or national chip collecting organization.
