Jim; It's a little lengthy to go into here, but it basically works like this. The casino offers $100 for four of a specific kind or a specific str8 flush. If you get the hand they pay you off. If the hand doesn't hit today the pot increases to $200 etc. In the case of some quads and a couple of royal flushes the pots were in excess of $1600 when I was there last June.
