"Originally opened as the Liberty Bell Saloon & Museum, the restaurant offered a New York Steak dinner for $3.00, a well drink was 50 cents and a draft beer sold for 25 cents. Ten years later the "Belle" was still selling a complete Prime Rib dinner for $2.95 and 2 Lobster Tails for $5.00. A large addition on the south side of the building was built in 1967 for expanded dining and banquet facilities."
