We didn't play any slots, but I think they will let you play a few just for fun (no winnings). Don't know about tokens.

They're open for lunch 11:00-2:30 Monday thru Friday. They open for dinner at 4:00 or 5:00 (can't remember which). If you get there shortly after they open, you can usually get a seat right away.
