Vic, you're incorrect on the final amounts of the chips I won at your crooked auction. If I remember correctly, most of the chips were won at the opening bid of $0.99, with none being higher than about $1.80. In fact, the shipping total of $16.65 was slightly higher than the total of all winning bids. Regardless, jacking up the shipping to make up for not getting as high a bid you wanted is not "done all the time," but rather is a violation of eBay's final-value fee policy.

In any case, justice is somewhat done in that you have been reluctant to offer anything for sale on eBay, thus lowering the chance you can scam anyone else the same way you scammed me.
