He had charged me $1.85 shipping and handling on each of nine different eBay single-chip lots I won. He packed them all into a single business envelope, which had $1.29 postage on it, yet he charged me the full amount - $16.65 total for postage. He was called to the carpet for that and other issues of questionable integrity, such as his ruining a Round Robin of $1 chips of a particular condition by substituting fewer chips in lesser conditions, but for some reason his reputation of being a swindler doesn't seem to bother him.
