Insured and the seller should purchase a Return
Receipt or Delivery Confirmation to protect
himself. You people are shipping your chips
without proper protection. Thats why its so cheap.
You are gambling with the merchandise and not
protecting yourselves properly. For example, any
reputable company would charge a $4.50 to $5.00
minimum.
