The Arizona Charlies on Decauter was pretty good. The Buffet was good (not great but more than passable) and the people at the cage were pretty understanding.

I thought the location was interesting - being from the east coast where casinos are a destination rather than a casino sharing a parking lot with a Pep Boys (well get some tires, play some blackjack).

If you are looking for one where you can walk to other casinos this is NOT the one for you. Its really more of a commercial area and not near the strip.
