why don't the casinos just use dollar chips or create a special three dollar chip instead of using 25cent chips at the craps table? i would think that the cost of create a mere quarter of a dollar chip would be extremely expensive and that casinos like the greektown, mgm and motorcity would be losing a lot of money when a collector or someone looking for a souvenir walks out of the casino with a 25cent chip. anyone know what it costs to manufacture a 25cent chip?
