Alot of those collectors have not been to a HARD ROCK Chip release. There are other new issue services out there that probably got the same number of chips or more. Chuck Smorse works his ass off to take care of his customers (as do all the new issue services). Some times he doesn't get enough chips for his customers, but it sounds like this time they will be very happy!!!
