Can anyone Id these chips,I know they are not Indian, but have no idea as to value, where from etc.

Just received these 3 chips : The blue one shows one side with cigarette burns, while the other side looks ok. ( have 2 both are the same )the other green has sharp edges and stands on it own.

The token I presume is from the late 60's.

Any help is appreciated.
