If you are here is how to fix it:

Click on the Tools drop down menu

Select Accounts and click on the tab that is labeled Mail

Click on the button labeled Properties

Click the Servers tab

Then enter the proper server information in the box for Incoming Mail POP3

If you are using some other program the directions should be similar. Hope this helps.
