All craps table dice are exchanged at the end of each shift, they are then cancelled with a punch mark and placed in the gift shop, where they sell for less $ than they cost the casino. Demand from tourists is usualy higher than the supply.
But where do the unopened unused "Sticks" of dice come from that i see on Ebay?
