Sometime ago I stopped collecting HR chips.
Why you may ask? Because of the games that are played and the artificial rarities that are created by the amount of chips that are released to the public JMHO. I realize that this is a business for HR but what about the collectors?

I don't take away the fact that HR produces some of the best if not the best chips in the business.
It is unfortunate that what is being done has chased away many of us.
Look at the prices fetched on ebay today compared to a year ago.

What is this legalese?

WE DON'T EXPECT TO MAKE MORE THAN 2500 OF EACH IMAGE

Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't the intended amount of chips to be distributed generally on hand prior to a release?
This seems to leave the door open to produce more down the road at the expense of those that buy or invest in HR chips.
