Ditto to what the previous two messages say. Here's a rough, really rough, look at minimum values for a real chip, that is in play, common, or didn't get sold from the casino by the Buckets, Boxes and Barrels full.

Anything $1 or less face (Fractionals) $2-3
$2.50s - $4-6 (sometimes harder to get than common chips, must be won)
$5 - $6-7
$25 chips $27 and up.

Figure the minimum, is going to be about $1 over face.

Unless someone uses magic, it's going to cost them just under $1 for postage and packaging.

A set from just about any casino that includes a 50c, $1 and $5 chips, for $10 is right in the ballpark and in my opinion very fair.
