Yes I do use a wirless router. I will check more into this. When you say neighbor, all of the parcels in this area are on 3 to 20 acres. So it is not like there is anyone within 2000 feet of our home. Would that not protect against having someone cross signals with us?

Just don't know for sure what is going on.
