Many people do not accept Credit Card Payments.

PayPal takes 30c plus 3.9% (or something in that range) for every sale, even if it's paid from a funded PayPal account, after the seller signs up for this "feature".

I think it stinks, because the fee should only be charged for CC payments, not all payments, just because a few sales are payed by CC.

Sell a cheap chip and suddenly I'm doing nothing but trading dollars or losing money.
