Hey Jane, When you save your scans as a .jpg, you might want to try saving the size at 50 percent. That'll reduce the file size dramatically. You can also reduce the image quality a bit too. As it is right now...it loads super slow for me...and I have cable! I can only imagine that the dial up users count cook, and completely eat dinner while waiting for the scans to fully load
