Mark maybe you can help? I'm still a novice collector of ashtrays. I've been at it for about three years and the count is now 411. I bought a Jerry's Nugget North Las Vegas last month at an antique shop in Las Vegas that I've delt with before. When I got home with my new stack of acquistions, I washed them. Well, the black decal on the bottom of the ashtray crumbled and started to peel off in little pieces. I can't imagine anyone counterfeiting Jerry's Nugget ashtrays. Have you ever seen anything like that?
