An interesting specialty for chip collecting might be chips with a wine theme. These two are the only ones I can think of that have a glass of wine on them. I suspect others from the Napa Valley Casino may have wine motifs as well.

Argentina is of course a wine producing area as well; that's where the Casino Magic chip is from. It's likely that there are other South American casinos whose chips feature one of their regions' produce... maybe Chile?

I thought about adding the Milton Berle chip from A.C. "We Drink", but I think Uncle Miltie drank the hard stuff [g].

Who can show some other chips to add to the collection? Las Vegas must have some LE's that feature wine... how about Rio that used to have the great restaurant "Napa" with the fine wine list?
