While I'm in agreement with the idea that the Caribbean is most likely #1 in the foreign popularity department, let's not forget our neighbors to the north: Canada! A quick pole may find that more club members have Canadian chips in their collections than any other single foreign country, given the breadth and scope of chips issued in the "Great White North" over the last few years.
