These two chips came together. Both in excellent condition with original factory sheen! This crest n seal chip is a classic/archetype crest and seal -- thin, round-edged chip with perfect smooth seal over entire chip. It is just like the classic ones made by the U S Playing Card Company in the 1920's and 30's, though the chip --like many others-- can not be directly traced to the USPC sample-shipping records, which are not complete.

Both chips have "5" in the center -- hot-stamped "5' on the engraved generic clay chip (called London Club), and by the Chinese character for "5' in the center of the crest and seal chip. Note that there are five Chinese characters circling the "5." The bottom 3 characters, taken together, translate to "Singapore City," and the top-most two characters are for "City of Chicago." Thus, "Singapore Club in Chicago." Again, further documentation would be appreciated.
