There is no Viejas casino of any kind in Las Vegas that I've ever been aware of.

The Viejas in/near Alpine, CA has been known by several names per their chips, including Viejas Casino, Viejas Casino & Turf Club and also Viejas Valley Casino.

They also partnered with Commodore Cruise Line for a couple months back in 2000 and had a ship called the Viejas Enchanted Sun.
