The design in the mould was part of the logo of the Park Tahoe. The Park Cattle Company owns most of the land under the casinos at Stateline/Lake Tahoe, NV. The casinos are on long term land leases.

They eventually got the Park Tahoe built and it was managed by Del Webb. Eventually the building (not the land) was sold to Caesars World Resorts and re-named Caesars Tahoe.
