Just received the following email:
Hello lisgarchips,
Thank you for taking a few moments to speak with me. I wanted to follow up quickly with details about changes in the Coin-op, Banks and Casino category in the third week of April.
Based on seller feedback, we've decided to split this category into three separate level-two categories "Arcade, Jukebox & Pinball", "Casino" and "Banks, Cash Registers & Vending". I've included the full category structure as an attachment for your convenience.
We recommend that sellers use "Other" Collectibles categories sparingly. eBay research indicates that items listed in "Other" Collectibles categories obtain lower buying and selling rates than in targeted Collectibles categories. By placing your item in a defined category we anticipate greater and faster results.
In the future you can always reference category structure and numbers via our Browse Categories Tool:
If you have any feedback or input on the Collectibles category structure please email collectibles_newsletter@ebay.com.
Thank you again for taking a few moments to speak with me. I hope this helps you get more out of your listings on eBay.
Regards,
Lisa

I also used *69 and got the number from which the call was made (801-545-1800). They did answer "ebay" and had a number of options to choose from.
I'll let everyone decide whether or not it is a scam.
