I just received a phone call from ebay. It certainly sounded legitimate. They wanted to inform me of a further breakdown in the "casino" category. They explained that casino items will have their own category beginning soon. They never asked me for an ID or any other information. They just wanted to know whether they could send me an email confirming the information they provided. They gave me my email address.

I was wondering whether anyone else had received such a call. Is ebay really starting to be concerned about customer satisfaction?
