I have quite a few of the one sided chips from LV.
The 1st one I ever saw was a $20 Milton Berle from AC. Had no idea what it was until I bought 4,000 Chipco samples, later.
They were never issued.
Chipco made them as sales pieces at gamng shows.
Most are the stackable puzzle rims.
Chipco would glue them together to show the puzzle. The middle chips were not printed on either side only the rims. I took a few of the glued ones apart.

I am not saying that is what yours is. I've never seen it.
