Hi Gene. thank you for the questions. It is very helpful in the goal for correct identification.
Gene: USPC says they were delivered to Chicago in 1929.
The 119 Chicago, IL 1929 chip in Kregg's Guide to USPC is a Crest and Seal chip and not the Reverse Die Cut I am talking about. If there is a 119 Reverse Die Cut listed I have not seen it.
Gene: There is also a Taylor card on a T mold 119 delivered to Clinton IL in 1941.
The 119 T mold hot stamp that I was talking about is in ED HERTEL'S Illegal Chip Price Guide on page 27 listed as 119 Club, Jeffersonville, Indiana. I do not have a copy of the Taylor cards to know if it is the same chip delivered to Clinton
Gene: Is there a Taylor card T mold for a 119 Jeffersonville chip?
I do not know of a Taylor card for a T mold 119 Jeffersonville chip.
The hot stamp logo in ED's book and my Reverse Die Cut looked like the same layout to me. I did put a ? in my listing and post. Maybe someone with extra information can post what they know. I am always looking for the correct identifications.
Having fun Steve
