My copy of the US Guide has the following listed for The Gold Spike Casino (pg. 90);

(I have 2 versions 1 with city, 1 without. Neither are differentiated.)
2nd. $25.00 Green H&C 4nvy4ltyel SCA-white
3rd. $5.00 Red H&C 3yel3blk SCA-white

In addition I have a mustard-brown H&C, HS, $1 NCV that is not listed (see below). Also I've never seen the 2nd. and 3rd. release SCA-white Inlays, and according to the guide they're not that rare.

Now can you see why I'm confused?

Does anybody have a complete list for this casino?
