Looks pretty sweet - my cost on this would be a little less than $7 a month and I'd re-sell it at $15
No setup fee from me and $25 setup fee from them.
I offer all they do (except 50 mailboxes - I'd give you 5) and also double the space.
Their deal isn't bad - just that mine is better.
