Just curious, and I don't really intend upsetting anyone, but does this mean if I win a US based Ebay auction I can send cash, even though the seller doesn't say that they accept cash? Just curious. As a foreigner (well, to you US based chippers anyway ) I have to pass on Ebay auctions that only accept checks or MO's. Of course if anyone can point me in the direction of a US bank that offers a free checking service to overseas customers then I could even start sending checks!
