He won two different chips on my eBay auctions and paid for both.. one took a couple of weeks and was paid by postal money order, the other was paid by PayPal within one day of auction close. He is a little slow about responding to emails. I think because he buys so many chips he gets a little disorganized. You might try sending him the ebay reminder notice or an invoice through PayPal. Also, you might try IMing him on aol if you have AIM. I think he is good for it.
