Have you been in e-mail contact with the seller? I had a recent transaction with him (Luis Alvarez) that turned out fine, although there were some delays in getting in touch at the start. He's had some people helping him with his auctions and it may have just been an oversight. I would keep trying to resolve it with him if I were you.
